Product Description:
SF N71DE is an azeotropic mixture of hydrofluoroethers (HFE) and trans-dichloroethylene designed for a wide range of cleaning applications. It maintains a stable component content under both vapor and liquid phase conditions, making it suitable for routine cleaning such as vapor cleaning and immersion cleaning. At the same time, the SF N71DE formulation contains components with environmentally friendly characteristics, as evidenced by zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP), which is in line with the concept of green development, and can realize the efficient substitution of HCFC-141b, HCFC-225 and other products in the cleaning market. Compared with 3M Novec 71DE, SF N71DE has similar physicochemical properties and can be an equivalent replacement for 3M Novec 71DE. In addition, SF N71DE's low surface tension, low viscosity, strong wettability, non-flammability, stability and good solubility to oil and other impurities make it ideal for submerged and vapor degreasing applications for a wide range of applications in the cleaning of electronics and other precision equipment. While efficiently accomplishing medium-sized cleaning and degreasing tasks, the SF N71DE component has an average exposure time of 750 ppm (8 hours on average), demonstrating that SF N71DE has a large safety and security limit for the intended cleaning application.

Steam cleaning, precision instrument cleaning, optical cleaning, etc., with broad-spectrum cleaning ability for contaminants, including heavy oil type cleaning (lubricants, fluxes, heavy fuel oils, stamping oils, gear oils, hydraulic oils, vacuum oils, mineral oils, waxes, and refrigeration oils, etc.), and light-medium oil and grease cleaning (granules, fluorine-containing lubricating oils, light fuel oils, adhesive polishes, silicone oils, waxes, asphalt, wire-drawing oils, etc.)
